Who we are

​

Diamond House Painting is a mid-sized painting company based in Chandler. This insures that we are large enough to handle most any sized project, yet small enough that your project will never just be another job, lost in the shuffle. We specialize in residential, HOA and commercial painting. We do not work for builders or do any “production” styled work. With over twenty years of experience in all facets of the painting industry and a background in engineering you can rest assured that we not only possess the experience, but also the technical understanding to address almost any situation. 

The company consists of a group of 28 honest, hard working employees who take great pride in our work and profession. We are not just a group of sub-contracted painters working for a “sales guy”. This means when we paint your home this year, if you need anything in the years to come, not only will Diamond House Painting be here …but the same person will most likely be the one who comes back. While we are not a large company, we are large enough to handle almost any project presented to us while still being small enough to take personal interest in each project. We take pride in being punctual, proficient and in delivering quality work as promised. 

We believe in using the best products available and properly preparing the project as well as possible. We do not believe in taking short-cuts or using cheaper products just to save a few pennies. While this means that sometimes we may not be the cheapest, it means we will always stand behind our three year warranty without any questions. 

We never ask for deposit or up front monies. Just a signed quote is all we require. Payment is due when the project is completed and everyone is pleased with the project. We accept all forms of payment including personal checks and all major credit cards.
